  • Analytics data (with your consent): page views and session data collected via HubSpot analytics cookies.

3. Why we collect it

  • Responding to enquiries — we process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest (B2B enquiry management) and to take steps prior to entering a contract.
  • Analytics — we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. This processing is based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser storage.

4. How we use your data

Contact form submissions are stored in our HubSpot CRM to manage your enquiry and any subsequent communications. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services:

  • HubSpot Inc — CRM and analytics platform. Transfers to the US are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Vercel Inc — Website hosting. Data is processed in EU regions where available.

6. Retention

  • Contact data: retained for 2 years from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted from our CRM.
  • Analytics data: retained for 13 months (HubSpot default retention period).

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to object to processing

8. ICO registration

Registration with the ICO is in progress. Our registration number will be added here once issued.
